Ken Jordan Medical Expenses

Ken is a mountain of a man with a beautiful soul. He is very active in climbing and kayaking, and I’m sure many other sports. I can only speak for the kayaking part, but Ken has been a solid foundation and inspiration for so many newbie kayakers (including yours truly). He always offers a helping hand, tossing boats effortlessly on top of any car, fishing us newbs out of sketchy rapids, finding our lost equipment in the river, and always having a spare break down paddle.
But gravity can pull even the greatest of mountains down.
In early January Ken Jordan had an accident on the ski slopes in Michigan which ultimately ended in him passing out while descending in the chair lift and falling 25 feet. Ken suffered severe injuries, requiring multiple surgeries and at least 79 units of blood. Luckily, from what docs can tell, his head, neck and spine were not injured. Ken currently remains hospitalized and sedated, recovering from a second surgery on his broken pelvis.
Ken has a long road of recovery ahead of him and if you have ever met him, you know his kindness. I would love for a gift of support to be available to him when he finally gets released from the hospital and to help with bills along the way as needed.
Please donate what you can, pass this on, and send healing vibes and prayers for Ken.
Thank you so much!
