Kemper Ely

Donation protected
On Friday June 16th my god son Kemper Ely was attacked in a park by three other teenagers. One of the boys stabbed Kemper multiple times in the chest, neck and abdomine, and also in the back when he was trying to get away. At one point while stabbing Kemper he stuck the knife in and twisted it. Kemper and his friends reacted quickly in a crisis and thought enough to tie his sweatshirt around his stab wounds to help stop the bleeding, this likely helped save his life. After running several blocks to call 911, Kemper was air lifted from St. Peter Minnesota to St Mary's in Rochester Minnesota. One of his lungs collapsed as a result of the unprovoked attack and he has had to undergoe exploratory surgery to ensure that no other organs were damaged in the attack. Kemper is a good student, and a dedicated athlete who loves wrestling and football. He is dearly loved by his community and by his family whom adores him. Any financial assistance is greatly appreciated to help pay for ongoing medical bills, the air lift alone will cost over 25 thousand dollars. This assistance will help support the family through this difficult time, and ensure they can return to some sense of normalcy. Kemper has three other siblings and his parents Jaimie and Jake are doing their best to make ends meet. Prayers are also greatly appreciated.
