Chris's Fight Against Cancer Fund

Donación protegida
On November 10th, 2017, Chris went to the hospital due to severe back pain which he has been experiencing for several months now. After having multiple test run, Chris, unfortunately, received news that he had Stage 4 metastatic testicular cancer. He was found to have multiple tumors spead throughout his body including his liver, lungs, and stomach.

Right now, the treatment plan consists of multiple types of chemo for 12 weeks and he will soon be traveling to Vanderbilt to discuss possible bone marrow and stem cell transplants in the near future.

Chris has been VERY sick this past month and things have progressed quickly. Aside from the chronic pain, He's been unable to work due to persistent vomitting which began before he even started his treatment.

Unless you yourself or someone you are very close with have ever had to experience the devastating effects of cancer, you can't possibly imagine the magnitude of this disease.  Along with the physical and mental aspect of cancer comes financial hardship.

A cancer diagnosis will forever change the lives of patients, their family members and their caregivers. The financial burden associated with cancer takes a great toll not only on the patients quality of life but their family’s as well. These difficulties can be attributed to both medical expenses, such as diagnostic tests and scans, and non-medical expenses, like housing, gasoline, food, travel and more.

I think its safe to say that Chris is a remarkable man. He is one of the most compassionnate, kind hearted and humble human beings that any of us have ever had the privilege of knowin. He truly is the kind of person who can light up a room the moment he walks in .

For those of us who have been lucky enough to be in his prescence even if for just a single moment, I think we would all agree that it was a moment we were grateful for and one you can never forget.

Chris is an amazing father to 2 beautiful little girls who absolutely think the world of him.

With it being the holiday season and while we are in the spirit of giving, we would like to ask for donations to help Chris in his fight against cancer. You can rest assured every single penny will be used to cover medical and living exspenses endured by Chris and his family during this very difficult time for them all. There is no donation too big or too small.

For those of you have ever said "let me kow if you need anything"... now is the time he needs your help and you have the opportunity to puts your words into action.

In advance, we'd like to say thank you all for love and caring support. If you have an questions on other ways you can help, please feel free to contact us.

Matthew 25:35-40
"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink,I was a stranger and you invited me in. I needed clothes and you clothed me, i was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me." " The king will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me'"
