Kelsea's sdr journey

Hi. My name is kelsea Jones. I am 6 years old and have cerable palsy. My legs are mainly effected which means I can't walk independently. I use a walking frame and after 3 trips to Adelaide for thera suit therapy. I am slowely starting to learn to walk on quad canes. I have high muscle tone in my legs which is known as spacticity. Recently my parents have heard of a surgery called selective dorsel rhizotomy. This surgery is spinal surgery and performed in missori USA. With very high success rates. This will mean that the muscles that are sending the wrong signals will be cut and there for get rid of the spasticity that is currently letting me down to walk on my own. To get there the cost adds up quickly to 100,000.00. My mum and dad are going to do everything they can to get meto the USA but need some help. The day I can do what other kids my age can do will be the day my dreams come true.Thank you for reading my storey.
