At the age of 10 Kelly O' Connor was diagnosed with Glomerulonephritis(kidney failure).  At the age of 17 she thought her battle with the disease was over, unfortunately her mother passed away when she was 21 causing stress which allowed the disease to return stronger and more painful. Shes now reached stage 5 kidney failure and needs a new kidney within a year to continue to live. Fortunately for Kelly before her mother died she became friends with Autumn Perez. This friendship has grown very close. So close Autumn has decided to donate her own kidney to allow kelly to live. Unfortunately for Autumn and kelly the recovery process isnt cheap, so please help us save Kelly's life by donating whatever you can. No donation is too small or too big. Thank you god bless
