Kelly Ott Cancer Fund

On Monday, April 1st, a large mass was discovered on our mother Kelly’s brain. From scans, surgeons surmised that it was a glioblastoma, an incredibly aggressive cancer. She was rushed to OHSU where she underwent surgery, which successfully removed an estimated 45% of the tumor. To follow will be a series of radiation and chemotherapy treatments to try to slow further growth of the tumor.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will be put towards quality of life needs, in home caregiving, the best medical care that can be found, and every attempt to afford Kelly the most comfortable and peaceful end-of-life experience possible.

Kelly is deeply loved by so many due to her incredible kindness, intelligence, understated and dry wit, and wild and lively imagination. She is a novelist, a poet, a gardener, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and an overall stellar human being.

We value and appreciate the outpouring of support we have gotten on her behalf. Thank you all so much for loving our mother.
