Kelly Anderson's - Kick Cancer Out!

Today, Kelly Pirlot Anderson is battling Stage 3 breast cancer. But that's not where the story begins and it's certainly not going to be where it ends.

Kelly and I were introduced in high school.  I always have been so impacted by her infectious positivity and easy smile - 72 and sunny all the days is her disposition.  My admiration for her grew throughout the years as she consciously made choices to take actions and improve her life from the one she'd been given  -  over time, she made the life she desired.  Life didn't happen to her, she made her life.  For Kelly, life seems to show her both the grace of making positive steps forward, like great kids and finding love, but also the hard reality of obstacles meant to be overcome - like this  beast that has us here today.  CANCER. 

This past week, Kelly was informed that she will now need to move to Rochester, MN temporarily to undergo 5 months of chemotherapy and 5-6 weeks of radiation, following.  Kelly urgently needs our help. 

The medical expenses, hospital trips, hotel stays after surgeries  since August have drained their savings and the road ahead is expensive and long.  The stress of mounting bills is a pressure on top of the fear and exhaustion that comes with this very serious diagnosis and treatment plan.
