Keiths Pie Recipes to fight Covid 19

Fundraiser with proceeds to support the efforts of Pelham Cares and The Royal Canadian Legion to feed the hungry during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

How this fundraiser started.
Just before Keith's Restaurant closed, Keith's son Todd spent some time with his Mom (Vilma) to capture all of Keith's famous pie recipes.
With all of us in quarantine, Todd and Vilma decided to make it a project to create a recipe book to share the recipes and some stories about Keith's Restaurant.
Since many people in the Pelham area a struggling, we thought it would be nice to make it into a fund-raising campaign, provide the book as a "thank you gift" and raise some money to help people in the community.
The book will be about 50 pages, including several pages about the history of Keith's and 16 pie recipes, including our most famous - Coconut Cream Pie.
We are asking for donations and will give 100% of the proceeds from this initiative (after printing and shipping costs) to The Royal Canadian Legion and Pelham Cares, who are both working hard to feed the hungry during the pandemic.
We are asking for your donation now and will provide the money to the two organizations as quickly as we receive it to help them with their work. The book will be complete by the end of May and we'll either eMail it, snail mail it or make it available for pick up, depending on your preference for your thank-you gift.

Note: The Recipe Book will be free to everyone so there is no need to make a donation if you can't manage. $30 or more - Printed Copy of Recipe Book (Plus Electronic Copy)
We plan to have the book printed and bound, likely with a spiral binding. For anyone who contributes more than $30, we will contact you and find out if you want the printed book and where to send it (or if you want to pick it up if conditions allow).
$50 or more - Autographed Copy of Recipe Book (Plus Electronic Copy)
The authors would be pleased to sign a version of our book and it would make our day.
