On Saturday, March 3, my sister Lisa lost her great love and partner of 17 years, Ivan Lefton. In the midst of heartbreak, she's dealing with the financial reality of his death. She is confronted with losing the condo they found together and shared happily for 15 years.
Lisa is so loved by so many people. Many of you have asked how you can help during this hard time. I've set up this GoFundMe page for Lisa because remaining in her home, which also functions as her photo studio, is her greatest need.
She and Ivan built a home there, and the thought of losing it--and Ivan's presence in it--is crushing to her. She hopes to stay in her home, connected to Ivan's spirit, taking photos, and sharing time with all of the people she loves.
