Keep Your Heart Racing

As some of you may or may not be aware, 2 years ago I suffered a cardiac arrest while leaving my place of work. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to make a full recovery. I was extremely fortunate to have a defibrillator on site which helped to save my life.

Since this happened to me, it's got me thinking about how so many of us travel to remote places racing week in week out, usually miles away from any form of emergency service or medical intervention.

I have set up this go fund me page to help me get defibrillators in amongst the racing community. My intention would be for the defibrillator to be given to race control at all the race meetings I attend on a weekly basis. Take it from me, nobody knows what is around the corner!

My overall end goal would be to raise enough funds to be able to distribute one to each region throughout the UK and hopefully we can help save another life.
