Thank you to everyone who supported us - you are amazing! I am delighted that we have been awarded a grant from SSDC so I am now closing donations and have contacted everyone who donated.

Totally Canine is a small business in Somerset, UK, providing dog daycare, training, grooming and walking, along with a small shop. We have worked really hard to set up our business and gain the reputation that we have, and are very proud of it. However in this terrible situation we have had to close for the foreseeable future.
Totally Canine unfortunately does not qualify for any of the current government grants or rent reduction measures and although 80% of the staff wages may be covered, we will still be paying rent, rates and utilities. We would really love to keep the business viable so that we can reopen when the present crisis has passed, but without any income we just don't have reserves in the bank to cover this!
Our rent, rates and utilities come to around £4000 a month. If you would like to donate to help us during this time please do. We will only run this for 3 months as we don't know how long the current measures will be in place. If this is ongoing after 3 months we will reassess the situation.
These funds will ONLY be used towards the rent, rates and essential bills for the business. We are also developing some online training so hopefully we will be able to provide ourselves with some income via that platform. Any monies not used (i.e. where we have been able to meet the costs with training income or if there are new government measures brought out which will aid us) will be refunded.
