In the 3 years that we have been open we have worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality: create a breakfast restaurant that would not only serve delicious food and provide a place that anyone can feel safe and comfortable but also a place that gives back to it's community.
But now, we are faced with a treacherous situation: due to COVID-19 and the fact that we are only allowed to open for take out, we are running out of resources to pay our rent, utilities, payroll, taxes, liabilities and have enough cash on hand to be able to have a successful re-opening when we inevitably come out of this crisis.
We are humbly asking for your immediate support. We have used our business and life savings to ensure that our staff is paid, but the road ahead looks short and uncertain without the support of our community. We applied for several (if not all) of the small business loans proposed by federal and state governments and have been informed that the money has already run out. Like many small businesses we are now reaching out to our friends, family, customers, and community through this fundraiser and hoping for support.
The funds that we receive from this campaign will help us to overcome this crisis, and make sure that Delicious Z's is around for many more years to come.
