Keep the homeless tents up

Deducible
The homeless need us, all of us. Why? Because the government -- set up to protect its people and provide basic housing, sanitation, and garbage disposal -- is doing almost nothing for the Last Chance Village homeless tent community.  They have provided only two portapotties, and REFUSED such basics as:  garbage pickup, water access, fencing, and portapotties for 100 people.  That means only we can ensure the homeless have basic rights, such as access to sanitation and a safe place to sleep.

We are asking for $1300 to cover two months of costs: rental of one of the four portapotties; fencing rental; and basic supplies. We also are charged a portion of our fundraising for fees to paypal, gofundme, and our very generous fiscal sponsor, the Peace and Justice Center.  And thanks to remarkable donations from private donors, we are working with the Clean River Alliance to handle our garbage. The homeless tent  villages exist only  because people like you make it work.  And we need your help now.

Donations are task deductible through our fiscal sponsor, the Peace and Justice Center.
