Keep the Circus Cool

We've had an awesome 3 years in our wonderful building! And as much as we love it, it's gotten to the point that it needs some work. This work will address temperature control! We need to keep it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
My project plan has 3 parts:
Primary Goal: Insulating the ceiling: $6615
Secondary Goal: Upgrading/Replacing the coolers: $5500
Upgrading Electrical: $2000
Total: $14,115.
We are exploring a few different venues of fundraising to reach our ultimate goal. In the event that we raise all the money here, or go over, all the funds will go to further building improvements such as further electrical work, replacing some windows and upgrading our loft space into a teaching space. We want to have this project done before next summer, so are hoping to raise funds by March 1st.
