Like many small businesses, we have been hit hard this year with a loss of over half of our usual income and unprecedented outgoing funds. Charis et Veritas L.L.C is built on the idea everyone needs support when going through a difficult situation. We need the community's support now. This would keep us open through 2021. Without this support, we may well be closed by February 2021. *Update* We are funded through May 2021.

We have 4 working mothers providing counseling out of our offices. These 4 amazing women work hard to balance home and career. School closures, lockdowns, and quarantines make it very difficult to find consistent childcare and provide consistent schooling/therapy. Donations that cover the cost of rent ot childcare allow us the freedom to find backup childcare with less financial pressure so we can guarantee consistent care to our clients. *Update* 2 of our counselors have decided to pursue other opportunities.
Rent: $1400 per month
Providing pro-bono/discounted services including community prenatal mental health support and educating practitioners on trauma informed care: $400 per week
Childcare costs: $100-$300 per week. The high end is when the schools are closed.
Overhead including PPP loan payments: $300 per month
Pro-bono birth support services: $500 per birth
Rent: $1400 per month
