Keep Pete off the Street

This is Kyles Dad Pete, when he was younger he was in a really bad car accident which caused brain damage that has slowly over time caused his brain to decay more and more. He is now struggling with early onset dimentia and we are all devastated. Its so heartbreaking watching a family member struggle with this disease especially at such a young age.  Due to Pete's age he can't get a penny from social security or disability and is only bringing in less then half of his monthly expenses there at the Dimentia care facility from Calpers. We have spent the last two years trying to get him the funds needed to support him there, we have exhausted every avenue out there, medical, medicaid, social security, dissability, state aid, becoming a ward of the state. Not only does he not qualify for anything because its early onset dimentia and he isn't 62 but now he is being evicted from the facility due to not being able to afford it and has no where to go. Unfortunately he is incapable of caring for himself, a danger to himself and others when not monitered constantly, and we are stuck. His monthly care costs exceed what we are able to come up with and we don't want him to end up on the streets and are hoping our community can come together and help us keep him in a home and safe! We need help raising the funds for his treatment and medications so he won't be evicted this week. If we can't raise the money by next monday Sept 11 he will be evicted. We just need to money to keep him there until he can qualify for state aid in May of next year and to cover his current expenses, Any amount no matter how small will help, and if you cant donate please will you take a moment to share on facebook!
