Kiln repairs and ever increasing bills to keep open our creative studio for people of all ages to come and enjoy.
I bought paint a pot place in 2015, it's been a long hard struggle to keep the business going. I employ one part time staff who is very talented and skilled with her paint brushes. And a sat boy. And myself. Since the start I have poured all my savings into the business and only ever had one wage.
Often having to pay my staff's wages out of my savings, I also took on a cleaning job to give me an income.
3 years ago I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer which I am still battling as There is no cure just treatment to keep it at bay. So my tiredness is overwhelming.
I have tried hard to keep our prices down , downsized shops to lower the bills.
Unfortunately suppliers prices continue to rise!
