Hello, my name is Melissa Yeater, Owner/Baker of Cheesecake Dreamations in Marina, CA. We have been in business since June 2014. Like many businesses 2020 & the pandemic hurt our business and reduced our income by 60%.
I received some funding in the beginning of Covid but did not receive latest grants or funding. Restaurant Revitalization Fund was shut down early, I fell just outside of EIDL targeted advance grant mapping tool & due to policy changes I did not receive PPP2.
A few days ago I received a letter from my
Landlord that if I don’t pay past due of $50K by Aug 25, 2021, he will get an attorney & we will be evicted on Sep 1, 2021 and our lease will not be renewed.
I barely make enough to pay for payroll & other expenses. My staff includes college kids & my son & brother. I’m creating this page for anyone that would like to donate after reading our story & have supported us through the years. All funds received will go straight towards our past due rent to help us stay open.
