Keaton's heart

Keaton was born February 26th 2013 to very excited parents .
They knew keaton had heart disease but that did not take the joy or blessing of this beautiful child.
After his birth and diagnosis He spent three months in intensive care before having his first heart surgery which was a partial repair a Complete AV canal defect / .He was also diagnosed with heterotaxy syndrome (aspleenia). After the partial repair was complete he suffered a massive cardiac arrest and his little heart stopped beating for twelve minutes.
After a successful resuscitation God brought our sweet Keaton back to us. A week from the date of his cardiac arrest he made a full recovery and was able to go home for the first time!
Keaton got to stay home for three months and build up his strength and prepare for his full repair of his heart defect.
September 23rd 2013 Keaton traveled to the Children's hospital Philadelphia where he had a complete repair done and is now home in good health approaching his first Birthday.
Through this year Keaton's family has experienced a tremendous about of financial crisis and are still struggling to pay the Average household bills on one income . Things like toys, clothes, food & medication needed for keaton Are sometimes a huge problem to obtain .There is only one income due to Keaton not being able to go to daycare because of his extreme low immune system and heart disease. His Mother stays home to care for him and take him two weekly appointments to maintain his good health. His Family doesn't meet many criteria for government assistance program because his father makes too much but not enough to take care of the the things the Family requires.
Any donations made will go in to a private account for Keaton and are used for his snacks, clothes, toys, home school materials, diapers , wipes and any other things needed for his healthy growth and development. Your support and interest is greatly appreciated ♥
