Kidney Surgery For Phyllis

Our dear friend Phyllis Lessey needs our help. Many of you know her as Teacher Phyllis, for many she was a classmate and a friend, some may know her as the mother of the brilliant young man that captured the Spelling Bee Title in 2017. Phylis resides in St. Andrews with her kids.
She was admitted to the General Hospital in Grenada in August 2020 for Urinary Retention
An Abdo -Pelvic CT Scan was done which reported that she has an Anrophic-Non-Functional Left Kidney with Calculus and the right kidney is blocked by a stone in the ureter which results in moderate Hydronephrosis.
The Urologist said that she would require Lithotripsy( shock waves or laser) to the right kidney and possibly left Nephrectomy.
This procedure can't be done in Grenada so she has to travel to Trinidad to seek further assistance.
If the stone isn't removed the right kidney could become more infected and could get worse and she would have to end up having to do dialysis.
( so currently she only has one functioning kidney{right} which is infected and has a stone blocking it and the left is non-functioning.
The surgery will cost TT 70,000 (31,000 EC DOLLARS / 12,800 US DOLLARS /16800 CAD DOLLARS.
We are kindly seeking assistance so Phyliss can have the surgery done ASAP so she can enjoy a normal healthy life with her kids and immediate family. Thanking you sincerely in advance! I know we can do it!
