Emergency Surgery

Hello everybody! My brother Scott is an American on a working Holiday Visa in Australia. He worked hard and saved for over 3 years for this trip to Australia. Unfortunately some unexpected emergency medical costs have come up due to his first experience with kidney stones. He had to have a stent put in and spent two nights in the hospital,  he will still need an outpatient procedure to remove the stone.  He does have travel insurance, however it looks like they will only reimburse the cost of surgery, and they are trying to get out of doing so. He also has to have the money first before the doctors will do the surgery, which is the only way to get rid of his sizable kidney stone. I am hoping this will cover the cost of the the procedures. I hope his adventure can continue, as he has met some wonderful people and had some amazing experiences. If you know Scott he is a worrier and the stress of coming up with the money for his hospital stay and his future surgery is not helping him cope with the pain he is in.
