Kayleigh's campaign for Mind. Cow challenge!

Mental illness is a huge thing that effects so many of us yet is still such a taboo subject.  
I personally have suffered with my mental health and recently a friend of mine very sadly took his own life.
Being in the farming community I’ve also noticed the huge amount of farmers struggling with mental illness and some who sadly take their own lives. Living in rural communities it can be so much harder to access support and help and I want this to change. 
 With the coronavirus and lockdown it’s been hard for everyone, and we are all feeling alone but especially those who are battling mental illness. I wanted to try and raise some money for the wonderful charity Mind. 

So I'm going to sit in a bath tub of cow poo    and then have a delightful wash down with a pressure washer! My aim is one to raise as much money as I can but to also show that as much life throws at you, you can get through it! So please dig deep and donate whatever you can for this incredible charity so they can help more people who are struggling. 

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health problem. They also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Minds aim is to make sure no one faces mental illness alone!
