Hello,

My name is Kayla Fiks.  I have been blessed with the opportunity to join an exclusive dance company to perform in Tahiti for next years upcoming Heiva.  This Heiva is like the Olympics for Polynesian Dancing; specifically Tahitian Dancing.  I have been practicing Tahitian dancing as far back as I can remember.  My  mom says I was dancing holding onto her leg since I was two years old.  This is my passion, I enjoy not only learning about the culture but sharing my love of dance for everyone to see.  I have also dance competitively for the past three years and have placed in many competitions from 1-3 place.  I cant always win, but I always enjoy sharing my passion.  If you can please help in any way I would really appreciate it as I would love to take part and perform with this dance company.  Any donation regardless of amount would make a difference.  By providing your donation you will help make my dreams come true as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
