Kayla Taylor Olson, Our Angel, RIP

In the early hours of Saturday, January 13th, 2018 the world lost a bright soul. At the age of 20 years old, Kayla Taylor Olson, who was 8-1/2 months pregnant with a baby girl named Charlotte,  and eagerly awaited her child's birth. She was determined to give her baby all the unconditional love and affection she could give. She was only days away from the anticipated date of Charlotte's birth, February 3rd, 2018 which was but just a few days before her 21st birthday on the 6th of February, 2018. It meant the world to her to see those two things happen. The same day our angel passed, she had an ultrasound and a doctors appointment with everything checking out and the baby in good health.  In the early hours of the following day, she passed away unexpectedly from a suspected pulmonary embolism. An emergency c-section was performed and Charlotte was born prematurely at 5 pounds 5 ounces. Charlotte was left without a heartbeat or a breath for a period of time. It was decided that she would take MERCY FLIGHT to SEATTLE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. She remains there at this moment with a team of doctors watching her around the clock ensuring she has everything to provide her with the life she deserves. It's an unfortunate reminder of how fragile and uncertain life can be. If you can take a moment out of your busy lives and hug your loved ones and reach out to those afar to let them know how much you truly care. The thing about taking your time is that it takes it all back one day. There truly isn't anything in this world we can hold on to. 

We love you Kayla Taylor Olson and we'll fight hard for Charlotte. She'll have your determination to pull through and carry you with her. We all know it. Take a moment and let Kayla's beautiful smile be on your mind.
