HELP Victims of Civil Disobedience Movement in Myanmar
Civil Disobedience Movement in Myanmar has been started due to the Tatmadaw (Myanmar Armed Forces) which staged a coup against the democratically elected government and arrested the State Counsellor, President and many important leaders under the allegation of electoral fraud on 1st of February 2021. The coup d'état was occurred the day before the Parliament of Myanmar was due to swear in the members elected at the 2020 democratically general election, thereby preventing this from occurring.
Civil Disobedience Movement is a peaceful and non-violent form of protest to exert civil resistance efforts in opposition to the 2021 Myanmar coup d'état.
In response to the growing Civil Disobedience Movement, military enacted number of countermeasures by making internet and social media blackout, pursuing to arrest civilian protesters as criminal offences and then deploying military armed forces to suppress Civil Disobedience Movement.
Many essential workers and people are out of work and strike for the success of Democracy and to save Myanmar in spite of facing many intimidation and threats by military. Please give your donation for those who sacrifice their lives for freedom and justice of Myanmar.
