Katouche's Treatment

Hi, my name is Katouche, I'm 20 and I have Cerebral Palsy and Erbs Palsy as a result of birth trauma. This affects my movement, balance, coordination and energy levels, access to public services and social life. I have been recieving Conductive Education from the Peto Institute in Budapest, Hungary since I was very young.

I have been fortunate to recieve financial support from some wonderful charities over the years. Which has helped me each time I've had growth spurts to mantain my mobility, learn life skills and develop independence and self esteem.

However, now that I am over 18 it has become virtually impossible to find funding. Although I am technically still financially dependent.

In addition to this, I don't fall within the criteria for a lot of adult charites because the treatment I recieve is based in Budapest. 

I would really appreciate any financial support towards my a 4 week session this summer. I'm trying to raise £1600. 

The difference Conductive Education makes to my life is unimaginable especially because CP is an ongoing condition that takes a toll on my body as I get older. Thank you so much for your support.
