My family needs some assistance!

This is my beautiful sister Katie and she just turned 30 on March 8th. She was born with Cerebral Palsy and needs 24 hour care.  It is though the tireless efforts of my mother and I that she is healthy and lives at home with us and not in a state home. After Katie's father left  it has been a huge financial cost just to keep the house let alone keep up with the bills and maintenance. My mother now in her late 60's and I work long hours just to make ends meet. Three days ago our boiler started leaking water. So I looked on the internet to see why... According to Google the Burnham V7 Boiler has a long history of being defective and people were trying to get a class-action suit against the company for warranty fraud. Ours was installed in 1998 and failed in 2004.. now the replacement has failed and the company has informed us the lifetime warranty only covers the first and will not cover the second. So I guess if you have a defective product just replace it with a defective product with no warranty and wash your hands of it. We can not afford to replace our boiler let alone get a good one from a reputable company. All you have to do is Google Burnham V7 leak to see the many people ripped off by this company. It would be one thing for my mother or I to live without heat in Northern NY while we try to fix this problem but Katie can not. Please help us if you can.
