Help Katie Get a Service Dog!

Katie has suffered from major depression and social anxiety for the majority of her life. A few months ago she attempted to take her own life.  She is currently working the program to get better, but it has been suggested and recommended that she get a service dog to help her with her anxiety and panic attacks as she moves forward with recovery. Assistance is needed for her to afford a fully trained service dog. The above goal is only an estimate. Katie's doctors feel this will greatly benefit her with her health.
