Kathy Olsen cancer treatments

On September 25, 2017 Kathy Olsen, a friend and a colleague, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.  She has undergone 3 rounds of chemo, with the expectation of multiple surgeries in 2018.  Kathy has had a positive impact in the lives of many at her current employer (PwC) and has had the same impact on everyone she comes into contact with.  Your help in defraying the significant medical costs associated with these treatments/surgeries would be appreciated.
