Hey, My name is Ashley Garrett, as many of you know Katherine (kat) means a lot to of our family! So I am starting a fund raising for her and her family. Kat is currently in ICU in Augusta for a brain bleed that happened on Sunday 1/14/24. She started out the day with a headache and throwing up that wouldn't get better. Andrew took her to the er to find out she had a brain bleed. From there she was life flighted to Augusta. She had surgery yesterday (1/15/24) with two coils placed in her brain to stop the bleeding aneurysm. She is awake today with some visual problems but still not out of the clear. She has a long road ahead of her for recovery. They are both out of work at this point of with no idea when they will be able to return.
