Help with Katelyn and Remi’s Medical bills

I wanted to set up this “go fund me” for the Duffy family. Katelyn has been in the hospital for over a week. She is strong and is working on getting better, but recovery is going to be long and slow.

Katelyn was 31 weeks pregnant, and in order to allow her to recover the doctors decided to deliver baby Remi via C Section. She is doing well, but will remain in the NICU for several weeks.

Katelyn is intubated and sedated, and has yet to meet her baby girl. We are hoping that by next week she may be awake and get to meet Remi for the first time.

Besides recovering from COVID pneumonia, she has her C-Section to recover from. Doctors said she will need major physical therapy as she has been in a bed and on the ventilator for so long.

They have insurance but even with it bills will add up and rehabilitation is going to be necessary. She may even have to go to a rehab facility before going home. It will be a long process.

I know they will appreciate any amount donated to help with medical bills and time lost at work.
