Karate School Flooring replacement

We are a small martial arts club in Okotoks Alberta, that needs to expand and renew our current flooring.
We are looking to raise enough money to cover the cost of new mats and flooring that will allow us to continue to train kids from the age of 3.
Our club primarily supports local youth in the area and is active in sponsoring families that do not have the funds to allow their kids to train. This year alone we have donated 8 year memberships to kids in need, including the equipment that they need to participate.
Martial arts flooring is expensive, not only in the price of the mats but in shipping costs too!
Everyone who donates towards our cause will have their details listed on a plaque at the school (if requested).
We would like to get the flooring before January if at all possible.
