Help save my home as I deal with cancer

I have had breast cancer since 2005 that has now spread to my bones. In 2009, due to financial difficulties stemming from
a bad business deal, I could no longer pay the $485/mo premium to BlueCross/BlueShield. And since, the cancer has worsened. Two weeks ago, I was admitted to the hospital and they found the cancer has spread to my bones. It fractured 3 vertebrae in my spine. I will be starting treatment for the cancer this week.
And I am currently in a rehab facility, to learn to walk again. But while in here, I have received an eviction notice, from my condo association, because I am behind on the monthly condo assessment payments. Obviously, I am unable to work, until I can at least walk again. So, i am reaching out for help. This health stuff is stressful enough in itself. I can't fathom losing my home while I am in here, trying to get back on my feet again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
