Karami Ramen specializes in Spicy Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen!

We have created two house made broths tori paitan (chicken) and seaweed & soybean (vegan). This robust broth is combined with our specialty flavors (miso tonkotsu, shio, shoyu, truffle) and spices (habanero, curry, Thai, Korean, Indian chili) to bring even more dimension to the ramen.
We also offer many delicious Japanese dishes such as curry, kara-age, takoyaki, gyoza, and more!

We are originally from Japan and we have been in the restaurant business since the 1980s.
We started our business in New Zealand, Australia, and a few islands in the Southern Hemisphere (interesting, right !?). Then, we moved into Southern California around 2004. This is our first restaurant in San Diego and we are so happy to be San Diegans :)
