Kara's Medical Battle

On Tuesday,  I was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer. The cancer is affecting my liver, skin, lungs, stomach, and possibly my kidneys. I am already in a lot of pain in my muscles,bones and joints. I'll be seeing an oncologist and a hematologist.
Everything has been confirmed by my endocrinologist, rheumatologist, and family doctors. I'm praying that we find any tumors quickly, and that they're operable.

I never expected to be fighting cancer, but I truly am fighting so hard right now just to keep things normal for the kiddos. 

The same day I found out that I have cancer, I also found out that my car is unsafe to keep driving. However, I'll have to drive to Akron and Cleveland Clinic for cancer treatment and support. Our car will not safely make that trip anymore. We have to purchase another vehicle, so that I can safely drive to cancer treatments! 

This is such a difficult time being a single mom. By the grace of God, I know we'll make it. Every donation helps our family towards buying a car that will get me safely to cancer treatments, takeout on days that I'm too weak and exhausted to cook for my kiddos. Rest is crucial to my care these days. 

I plan to beat this cancer, and I plan to fight every single day, but i need some extra help along the way because I'm fighting for my kiddos. They still need me here to lead the way! Please help me fight this horrible disease, if you can! Every little bit helps so much!
