Kara's heart surgery

With Mosaic downsyndrome and a heart condition called ebstein anomaly which is her tricuspid valve has a hole . This valve bleeds and makes her sick. In May we were sent to Devos children's hospital in Grandrapids Michigan where we were told that Kara would need to have heart surgery to either replace the valve or fix it (  won't know until the day of surgery)  Surgery is scheduled for Friday the 4th of August.  I am a single mother  and Kara and I currently live in a motel room in Mancolna, Michigan. I do work but will need to take at least 3 weeks off from work to be in Grandrapids with Kara. Plus I will be taking care of Kara when we return home. I do not like asking for help but we are in a time of need.  We are asking for help so we don't lose our place . I fear I might not have a place to bring Kara back home to recover. I will be staying at the Renucci house up until August 8th then we will have to move to a motel.  So we are looking for help for food, gas, motel in Grandrapids and to help keep our place in Mancelona.
