Help with Saint's surgery

Saint was taken to the vet after seeing he could not walk, run, or jump anymore.  Saint has been diagnosed with Medial Luxating Patella, Grade 3, in both knees.  This is a condition where the kneecap dislocates and pops out of place.  He needs surgery on both legs ASAP.  Without surgery, eroding cartilage and daily exposure of the bones can lead to severe tissue damage, causing inability to walk or possible loss of his limbs. 

Please contribute if you can, anything helps!  I just want Saint to get better, back on his paws, and free of pain so he could happily exercise, go on walks, and play around again.
