Help save Sage’s life

Hello thank you for taking the time to read about Sage. Late yesterday evening this sweet black shorthair kitty ran up to me while I was on a walk and appeared to be in so much pain. I saw he had blood on him and I immediately rushed him to the emergency vet. It turns out that his kidney has a blockage and he is not able to pee, so he is peeing blood. The vet advised that this can turn fatal very quick because his kidney is very swollen. She told me he will need to be hospitalized for at least three days to set up a catheter and give him fluids. This was very unexpected as this is not my cat and I don’t have the funds for this, I’m posting this hoping to receive some help so that we can save his life and get him set up in a happy home. I care about this kitty so much and want the best for him.
