Help for Harley

My heart hurts writing this post, but this is our last resort.
Our 16 week old golden retriever, Harley, fell extremely ill yesterday and no one could figure out why. Constant vomiting and restlessness, after hours at the vet today we come to find out her stomach and colon are blocked with over 50 small rocks. What looks like a white blob on her X-ray picture is actually her stomach, filled with rocks. Along with 3 large rocks in her colon. The veterinarian told us Harley will lose her life if she doesn't get immediate surgery to remove the blockage.
If anyone knows Dylan or I, they know we adore harley and she is our pride and joy. It kills us both to think about losing her after just 16 short weeks of life.
The surgery costs three grand, which is just an estimate so we are just asking for any help we can get.
We understand that many people may not be able to contribute, but we would truly appreciate any type of help. Thank you
