Austin's New Heart

Austin is a very personable 16 year old boy. He was born with a heart defect that was able to be surgically corrected at 3 months. He has done well until recently. 2014 was not the best year for him. He was diagnosed with epilepsy this past February. Then in December he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. His own  heart has worn out and his only option now is a heart transplant. He remains hospitalized while he waits at a hospital two and a half hours away from home. Travel expenses are adding up quickly ... Not to mention his medical expenses. He's an awesome kid with an infectious personality and beautiful smile. Anyone that meets him loves him. Please help us continue to take care of him. My only wish is he get his new heart so he can keep on laughing and smiling. Thanks in advance.
