James’s Funeral Expenses

James passed on last night. He is safe in the arms of his grandparents and cousin. I will update with arrangements once known. Thank you all for everything.
On May 10 around 11:30 in the morning, my 22 year old son James, was in a serious motorcycle accident involving a semi truck. It is still under investigation, so we don’t have all the details. What I do know is that James was on his way to work to punch out and go home. He wasn’t out partying or being reckless. He was being a responsible adult.
James has some very serious injuries. He had a large subdural hematoma in his brain and had to have part of his skull removed to allow the swelling to go down. It will remain off for at least a week or more. He has a dislocated shoulder that was chipped. He has a Fractured neck, two fractures in his back, three fractures in his skull, and a fractured right ankle. He also has a horrific wound in his right calf that needs surgery and will possibly require several more surgeries.
James is going to need a lot of help as this is going to be a long road to recovery. James does have medical insurance, but they only cover so much. I am putting this go fund me together to help pay the remaining medical bills that he will have as well as any medical equipment that he will need. We are looking at at least a year before he is back to “normal”.
I love my child more than anything and he’s going to fight! I am just trying to make his recovery go smoothly. He doesn’t need this stress too.
