Baby Grace's family needs your help

Let me introduce to you my great niece, Grace Elaine Foote, Grace was born on December 19, 2014 with Pulmonary Atresia (which is a heart defect) . On the day she was born she underwent pulmonary valve catherization. She had many unexpected complications. Her main artery was cut during surgery, her liver was cut during surgery and many other complications.

Grace is the daughter of Nathan and Emily Foote. You may know her parents, Nathan was born and raised in Pittsburg, NH and is employed at Lopstick Lodge and Cabins in Pittsburg. Emily was raised in Maryland and fell in love while in Pittsburg on vacation.

Nathan andEmily have been living in Boston since December 2, 2014  which they will have to pay $30.00 a day for their lodging until Grace is well enough to come home plus the cost of all the medical expenses.

 As of January 10, 2015 she is on a feeding tube and needs physical therapy because of being in the coma, they do not know when they will be coming home.

Nathan and Emily have been with Grace since birth. There has been very little income for this family.  The extended family can help with taking care of Nathan and Emily's son Austin,  they can offer prayers and support but they cannot offer financial assistance.
