Hi. My name is Carlena Munn and I have been actively involved in the Fredericton community for 25 years supporting a range of non profits including the Food Bank, Community Kitchen, Transition House, SPCA, Autism, Pediatrics and the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital Foundation to name a few. Recently, I released my biography of Matt Stairs and the proceeds are supporting Fredericton Minor Baseball. Now I am asking for your help. My first cousin Jamie Munn was diagnosed with liver cancer in November and has undergone treatment and painful side affects. He lives alone and had to stop working and of course medicare does not cover all the expenses. Jamie is only 37 and he is optimistic but he is struggling emotionally and financially while dealing with the physical issues. Even if you do not know Jamie; a young man who worked with the Fredericton Community Kitchen and the John Howard Society, I assure you he is an angel and has a giving soul. For those of you who know me I am asking you for the first time in my life to help me help Jamie. Even if it is a donation of $5 it can buy food or pay for a cab to visit the doctor. Please help Jamie recover so that he may continue to live a purposeful life.
