Tony Cataulin Medical Fund

While visiting in the Philippines Tony suffered an Ischemic stroke.  He received life-saving surgery and is currently in the ICU recovering, however, has now developed pneumonia and other complications that will likely keep him there for a while.  

Because he is in a foreign country the hospital requires payment for medical services up front.   The costs for his treatment are extremely high, and expected to increase due to the complexity of his condition and length of stay that requires.  Although Tony has US based Medicare, which will likely cover a portion of these expenses, Medicare doesn't allow direct billing from foreign hospitals, so it is up to the family to pay for these costs out of pocket.
