PT,OT,Speech Therapy - Cancer Rehab

Eric was diagnosed with Brain Cancer in May 2013. He has been through radiation, chemotherapy and several weeks of therapy. His 1st surgery went ok with no problems but tumor was not removed. The 2nd surgery in March 2014 was done and complete tumor was removed which caused a condition.  He now has Posterior Fossa Syndrome.  Balance  and cordination problems. His body was like a bobble head, vision was doubled, could only speak mom, dad or yes and wasn't able to walk.  After spending couple mths of inpatient therapy at Wake Med Rehab daily we were discharged. He then started therapy at Vidant Rehab outpatient.  He has attended twice a week and has progressed daily. We are now at Shepherds Pathway Center in Atlanta GA. He will be here for next 8 wks which will be til' April 17. Eric is loving it here and thanking you all for the help.
