My Brother's Brutal Attack By Dogs

Please pray for my brother, Phil. He needs every prayer he can get. His two dogs that are nice as can be, dug themselves out from under the backyard fence and got loose. He went to look for them down the road not too far from his house and was attacked by 6 pitbulls and pitbull mixes on Jan. 1 .This happened in Crestview, Fl. off Girl Scout Road. He is in ICU, they given him 2 blood transfusions. He is still not out of the woods, please pray. They tracked some of the dogs back to a property that had 41 pitbulls. I can't believe this happened! His dogs have probably been killed by them too, neighbors are still looking for them. This very road is close to where my mom used to live. This road is where I have seen, in the past, people walking after dinner, kids on bikes, etc. This is where my brother got attacked and mauled. He fought them for 30 minutes, the only place that does not have a bite is his throat. I was told he had between 500-600 bites.He did 3 tours in the Iraq War, made it back, and much more to go through this is just heart breaking. I love my brother so much. Please reach out with prayer.
     This is my post from 10 days ago on my Facebook page: Kellie Diaz- Haines City, Fl. My brother has come off the ventilator and is improving each day. He has gone through immense pain with wound care, even biting a washcloth to get through the pain when the doctors were cleaning his wounds-1 hour and 45 minutes of this, it shook my mom tremendously to see my brother go through this. He does not have use of his  hands from the vicious attack from the dogs. He will need a lot of therapy and long-term care which is covered by the VA, thank goodness. Where we really need some help is with his living expenses and bills while he is down and cannot work because of the damage done to him. I hope no one ever has to go through what  my brother is going through. Irresponsible dog owners who had 40+ dogs in their backyard, with no vaccinations created this for my brother who is going through so much pain and even had to get rabies shoots to boot because of the lack of judgement of 2 women up in Crestview, Fl. who have created neglect to their own pets, the people in the community and, of course, my brother who have received the worst of it. My brother is only alive today because 2 men stopped and helped him, otherwise he would be dead. He was in the first group that served in the Iraqi War, been through a lot because of it and to go through this, he doesn't deserve it.
