On Sunday, July 2nd Justin had a freak accident and fell and hit his head skateboarding. This fall left him with a fractured skull and brain damage to the frontal and temporal lobe. His brain ended up swelling and he had to go into emergency surgery to remove 1/2 of his skull. He is now on life support and he is fighting for his life in the ICU. He is 5 days into this and still in critical condition. Our family is taking this hour by hour and day by day. Justin's road to recovery is going to be a long and difficult one. He may have to be in the hospital from weeks to more likey months. After he graduates from the hospital he will have to move into a rehab center to start the next step of this journey. With all of his extensive cares, surgeries, therapies and other medical needs the bills are going to start piling up. We don't know if he will even be able to work once all is said and done. We have no clue what his abilities will be once he wakes up. Speech, memory, daily living tasks, motor movement- we have no clue what to expect. My brother is going through enough and the last thing I want on his plate are financial stresses.

Justin also has other day to day expenses that need to be paid, just like the rest of us. He does not have the ability to pay his bills considering the circumstance. Insurance, car, rent, credit card ect.

Any and all emotional, physical, and financial help is appreciated and needed. It is so hard for us to ask for support, but we need it now than ever. Thank you to those who have sent prayers and caring words. To those who have visited. To those who have helped watch my kids so we can be with Justin.
