Justin, at 27 years old, suffered from a rare form of an aneurysm. 99% of all aneurysms are classified as Saccular, and if caught early enough, can be easily treated. Justin, however, suffered from a Blister Aneurysm which occurs in only 1% of all cases and is incredibly difficult and risky to treat. Because of the complications from the aneurysm, he will have to undergo cerebral bypass surgery to repair the affected artery. With this risky surgery comes numerous amounts of testing to ensure he is a viable candidate for the surgery. As we focus on getting him the best treatment possible so that he is around and healthy to raise his 7 year old daughter and 2 year old son, we are faced with hefty medical bills and the ever exhausting insurance battle. As he faces weeks in the ICU and lost wages from work, his family is faced with the difficulty of high medication costs and everyday living expenses.
