Jeremiah Karr is not just a videographer, graphic designer, and all around creative thinker, he is also one of the most compassionate people I know. His willingness to GIVE himself for the betterment of others and their stories is unmatched. That's exactly what he was doing when this happened.
2 weeks ago Jeremiah agreed to VOLUNTEER his time to help a brand new company tell their story on video. He was so excited about this project! In preparation he purchased BRAND NEW video equipment to make the best video possible, because that's exactly how he always does it. THE BEST.
As he was out location scouting for the best place to tell the story, the van he was traveling in was broken into and robbed. Absolutely every single piece of video equipment he owned was stolen. He ran, and ran fast, to see any sign of the thiefs, called police, filed reports, checked tracking on laptops, poured through craigslist and ebay, and in the end lost it all.
His heart sank and is still sunk as insurance has denied his claim completely.
That's where you come in.
I really believe we can give Jeremiah his platform back where he can continue bringing stories to life.
