I am making this gofund me for my nephew Leonel Chavez he was killed by CHP in East Los Angeles on 9-28-2021 this all started with a car crash on Medford st and Indiana st. My family is heart broken and still in disbelief. Leonel was a kind loving person with only 24 years old.
